I have been thinking on this and see a real possiblity of bringing a class action suit against the Mexican gov. since they bought all those GPS's to give to people on their trip into the United States illegally from China recently.
Considering all the known crimes that come with the massive influx of these illegals - finding them with such a GPS given them by their country would seem like a good basis for such a class action suit.
A look at the link below gives just a hint of all the crimes that have been coming into this country because of these illegals within our borders.

In all due respect, how can you even consider "legal action" in a country that does not encourage, support and enlist the help of border patrol agents to control it's natural and soverign borders? In fact a country that incriminates and jails those they hire to protect us and makes heroic the gangster drug thugs that ravage the well being of our country?
There is no justice as you may wish to believe is so in the United States if these issues are the facts of our legal system and of law and order. We are nto enforcing our laws. We are not supporting and in fact are undermining those that we have hired to defend our borders. How can you in any sense of logic, consider using the legal system of the USA to arrive at justice?
The end has arrived and things will only get worse unless these travesties are reversed.

why not? i don't know if you will get any money out of it and may cost you, but, sure......you can file a class action lawsuit against anyone.

interesting idea but i would guess no. on the other hand we should bring one against mexico as they have enough money and resources to take care of their own and they are well able to protect their northern border they sure protect the southern one.
