Is she going to carve her face into Mt. Rushmore and change the Statue of Liberty to look like herself. Will the White House become the Hillary House? Will she demand that Webster's dictionary use the word hillary as an adjective meaning a woman with exceptional qualities? Will she order the US Mint Department to immediately put her face on a three dollar bill? Do you have any of the same concerns?

I am ordered by the court to take my son to his fathers house on a certain day of the week. His father rarely shows interest, doesn't answer his phone, won't answer the door, doesn't call to check up on child. I am concerned that he will try to take me to court again saying that I am not obeying the court order. (He has taken me to court on several occassions) how do i prove that i am doing exactly as the court order states? How many times can I take child to the house just to wait outside to see if anyone answers? (New Jersey)

You invite a painter over to your home to discuss some painting that needs to be done. You discuss what needs to be painted, the desired color scheme, and the final price. Nothing is written down. You agree on terms and the painter then performs the work, for which you pay him. Have you entered into a contract? If so, what type?

Is it only because they can't tax it? If it is, then can't they make brothels legal and tax them? (It's probably "not as simple as that" but tell me why.) If there are more reasons, state them please.

Just answer question, please? I don't need an opinion article from anyone.

Why do so many people want one of these 2 forPresident and they know very little about them or what they stands for? Seems they are so quick to follow the crowd. Didn't your mother ever say "if everyone else was jumping off a bridge would you do it too?".

Many, many years ago the first Presidential Fitness program was started by, I think, John F. Kennedy. The question that I need answer to is,
who was appointed to head up this program. It was someone of great noterioty, someone that was already very well known. This person may even been a former Olympic athelete. I am not sure here which is why I am asking. I believe the date was 1964 and was continued for years until they decided that Physical Education at schools was to be an elective sport. However, I need to lknow who started this program. I know that Arnold Swartsnegger? was once appointed to this position. I think maybe even Chuck Norris was also chosen. But I want to know who started up the program in the begginning.
Thank you for helping me find out the answer.

I was wondering if it is legal for an employer to record the conversations between employees in state of Michigan? Regardless of if the conversations are business related or not. Can the employer legally eavesdrop one his/her employees by setting up video surveillence that records voice? I am not talking recording phone calls. Any websites proving this either way? Thanks.

We live in NY.
We just had our first son. We are going away for one week while the baby stays with grandma and grandpa in Colombia, southamerica.
God forbids something happens to us, we dont want any arguments between grandparents. The baby stays with maternal parents in Colombia.
What happens there? Should we bring the document with us and enforce it in Colombia (in the event that something happens)
Or if something happens, my parents should come to USA???

We're all on here yammering about things an opposing party does that we disagree with. What is something that has come from your own party that angers you? If you say nothing you are either a brainless twit or a liar. Here's mine:

Vermont lawmakers are considering a measure that would ban eating, drinking, smoking, reading, writing, personal grooming, playing an instrument, ``interacting with pets or cargo,'' talking on a cell phone or using any other personal communication device while driving. The punishment: a fine of up to $600.

``What finally pushed me over the edge was when I was at a stop sign and somebody opposite me was trying to navigate around the corner with a cell phone to the ear in one hand and a cigarette in the other, and she wasn't doing very well,'' said Republican state Rep. Thomas F. Koch.

He said his wife recently saw a driver playing the flute, which led him to include the instrument ban in his bill.
