You can carry as much cash as you want. It may not be very smart, but there are no laws governing how much cash a person can carry. I would recommend either travelers checks or a debit card, but if you like cash, go for it. Oh, and if you are a drug dealer, every bit of cash will be taken from you when you are arrested.. then it will go for a good cause.

there are no restrictions within the usa ... u will however have problems if leaving the usa or traveling abroad ... each country has its own rules about how much ... i do believe airlines have limits on how much cash u can carry on a plane also ... check with the airline ...

I don't know of any restriction upon carrying large sums of money. I wouldn't do it because of the danger.
There is NO restriction on entering or leaving the USA carrying large sums of money, you just have to declare it.

there are no limits . however sensible people do not carry lot of cash with them .there are all kinds of cards that you can carry , which are as good as cash.
