We're all on here yammering about things an opposing party does that we disagree with. What is something that has come from your own party that angers you? If you say nothing you are either a brainless twit or a liar. Here's mine:
Vermont lawmakers are considering a measure that would ban eating, drinking, smoking, reading, writing, personal grooming, playing an instrument, ``interacting with pets or cargo,'' talking on a cell phone or using any other personal communication device while driving. The punishment: a fine of up to $600.
``What finally pushed me over the edge was when I was at a stop sign and somebody opposite me was trying to navigate around the corner with a cell phone to the ear in one hand and a cigarette in the other, and she wasn't doing very well,'' said Republican state Rep. Thomas F. Koch.
He said his wife recently saw a driver playing the flute, which led him to include the instrument ban in his bill.

Please state which party you are affiliated with. This can be confusing because lots of people try to blame crap on the other party.

there are several... I lean to the left... I don't like gun control... of course no one likes corruption (there is some of that everywhere)... I think they could be stronger against the terrorists certainly (if it was me, I would be slamming Bush on not going after Osama and demanding that we do go after him)... I think welfare needs to be reformed even more to weed out the abusers, but I like the idea of the program...
that's all I can think of off the top of my head, I'm sure there are others...
oh and one other thing... I don't like it when they villify the other side (and both sides do this)... you can say all this crazy stuff, but in the end, the vast majority of people from both sides just want to make America better... and no one is trying to kill anyone or any of that crazy stuff...

I'm a conservative and I hate the fact that spineless republicans won't stand up against illegal immigration, seal our borders and deport those that are illegal.
As far as the law about banning things, that is going a little too far. I get car sick VERY easily and having something cold to drink helps me from getting ill and spewing my guts. Seriously, so they would have to give me a fine and I would fight it in court. As far as cell phones, I do talk on my phone but not that much. When I do, I pay more attention to the road and whoever is on the line with me knows that and doesn't complain because they understand that I am driving. I have been behind some people with cell phones and heaven forbid, get off the road or off the phone. Putting on makeup should be banned. I make sure that I put my makeup on in the house, not the car. That is so stupid. The only thing I would put on is lip gloss if my lips are dry and that is using one hand. These politicians come up with the dumbest things. As far as smoking I've seen people smoking and driving but either one or both hands are on the wheel. I hope this ban doesn't pass. What are they going to propose next, no talking at all in your car? No radio? Koch can kiss my conservative **** for all I'm concerned.
They are proposing a law here in Oklahoma and if it takes affect in November we won't be able to talk on our phones. We won't get a ticked or pulled over for using it, but anyone that gets in an accident while using their phone is looking at a fine.

Only in the USA. Any and all things they don't like or approve of
could either cost you a fine or jail time! Why isn't there a law about politicians who lie to get into office? They cost the taxpayer more money than talking on a cell phone while driving!

My president screwed me. He is letting the illegals take over America just because he wants them to work on his farm in Texas. He dosent care how many letters I write or phone calls I make he ignores me. So needless to say I disagree with everything this man I held in such high esteem. To me my president is a traitor, and should be impeached.

The immigration thing is what pisses me off. No party will stop the flow of illegals because they see them as cheap labor and future votes. Also, Mayor Bloomberg outlawing trans fat? Whats up with that? WIll he outlaw Coca-Cola next? Government needs to butt out of our business. We truly need a new American revolution and throw ALL the bums out and start over.
I am a Republican.

A lot. Some mentioned already. Too much spending, Iraq (before it started) now we have to finish it. Immigration holes.
But it's still far less than the other party tweaks me about. I can't stand grandstanding hypocrites that they are.

I'm a Republican, and I feel we're totally off base regarding illegal immigration. I keep hearing, "We can't deport 11 million people", and I have to ask, "Why not??"

One dumb thing Bush did was let liberals into his cabinet. That was a mistake so the libs could be inside where the didn't belong. He tried to be friends and make non-Parisian politics, but it is too late now for him to finally realize Liberals cant be trusted.
I am Republican, of course.
