Journalists, historians, and people alike have been blaming the immigration and hatred towards immigration for this.

Do you agree?
What do you think is the reason?

I train dilgently in martial arts and supplimental training, and am wondering if the army has career programs that specialize in only training myself and others in martial arts.

I'm not trying to be argumentative, and I certainly don't want to initiate mudslinging. I have read both sides of this argument, and I just want to understand WHY you believe that Global Warming is a myth. Maybe I'm missing something...?

I attended the first meeting of the College Democrats Club as a solid conservative. I was able to listen in on their private concerns as well as their ambition to take over other student organizations. When asked what my major was (perhaps to inventory what members can contribute intellectually), and what I hoped to gain from the organization, I responded that I'm a student of philosophy and that I have a keen interest in becoming a more culturally engaged student. I supposed this general answer was pleasing enough, since everyone continued to speak assuming their remarks were being aired openly in "safe" company.

I'm not implying I'm not a "safe" person, though there were a few amusing moments, as when one member expressed a desire to find more intelligent democrats (though of course, if one is a Democrat, then one is intelligent).

Perhaps my political non-disclosure could be seen as rather shrewd, but here's the question: was it unethical?

People call Islam a religion of peace, and act like we should tolerate it. But here are some verses I found in an online Koran that made me think otherwise:

"[2.191] And kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from whence they drove you out, and persecution is severer than slaughter, and do not fight with them at the Sacred Mosque until they fight with you in it, but if they do fight you, then slay them; such is the recompense of the unbelievers.
[2.192] But if they desist, then surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful."

Sound's a little "intollerent" to me.

"[2.194] The Sacred month for the sacred month and all sacred things are (under the law of) retaliation; whoever then acts aggressively against you, inflict injury on him according to the injury he has inflicted on you and be careful (of your duty) to Allah and know that Allah is with those who guard (against evil)."

For the next Prime Minister to be a Liberal?

Face it ... a change is as good as a rest. And as it stand Conservatives will probably win the next election anway. They will spend the next 5 years blaming the Labour Party's incompetence. And the merry-go-round keeps moving ...
