I am infavor of ending all representative government & the election process. Turn government into well managed employees subject to immediate replacement or firing at will. Give ultimate rule & control to the legal citizen majority using secure high-tech communication networks with smart-chip IDs etc.

the restrictions were misunderstood by the work place and i have proof of that. what happened was i ended up with a infection in my testicles and my doctor put me on restrictions. when they recieved them they told me they had no jobs that i could do. they also said they would rehire me if i was able to have no restrictions and that the infection would never reaccur. my doctor said that he can not say that any condition will never reaccur. now they are giving me the run around about hiring me back. My question: Is this wronful termination?

There are people in this country who believe that President Bush is doing what is right- SPEAK UP!! Dont let the liberals be the ones doing all the talking. Stand up for the Christian right and let America know that doing the right thing is better than being popular.

At a giant outdoor market held last weekend by the government to address the problems, a street vendor crushed raw sugar cane to sell juice to weary shoppers waiting in line to buy sugar.

"They say there are no shortages, but I'm not finding anything in the stores," grumbled Ana Diaz, a 70-year-old housewife who after eight hours, had managed to fill a bag with chicken, milk, vegetable oil and sugar bought at official prices. "There's a problem somewhere, and it needs to be fixed."

Gonzalo Asuaje, president of the meat processors association Afrigo, said that costs and demand have surged but in four years the government has barely raised the price of beef, which now stands at $1.82 per pound. Simply getting beef to retailers now costs $2.41 per pound without including any markup, he said.

"They want to sell it at the same price the cattle breeder gets for his cow," he said. "It's impossible."

HAHAHAHA

after all, these people in the armed services are laying their lives on the line and if the u.s.a. goes to war with iran, i would stand to become very wealthy. is this blood money? this is a serious question and i would only like serious responses please. can i justify that i just want to invest in oil, and let bush and Ayatollah Ali Khamenei play their game in the process? let the cards fall where they may in other words?

My problems stem from the Iraq war. Every day there is more bad news from Iraq and the UN does nothing to sort the mess out because they have appointed another idiot to run it. It now reports that 4 million Iraqis are displaced from their homes and there may be up to a million dead. People don't seem to care. Our cabinet is full of war mongers and our prime minister is in many eyes a war criminal. The whole sorry mess is getting worst and Bush is sending more troops. Am I the only one who feels really bad about this?

Okay, I know what AR 670-9 says about this, makeup is permitted so long as it looks natural (and that guideline is kind of loose) and is not too trendy, but despite Army Regulations, is it in good taste? Personally I think it looks un-Soldier-ly and un professional, even in an office environment, for female Soldiers to wear makeup with their ACUs or BDUs. Other people swear that no matter what the company is, in traditional office settings women should always wear makeup, that includes the military. What do you think?
Don't get me wrong, I like to wear makeup when I am in civies or in my Class A's, but it doesn't feel right in the battle uniforms. Thats just me. I want to hear your opinions.

There are so many political parties in the nation that exist. Why are american mostly driven to the GOP and Democratic parties? Most people have nothing but contempt for politics in general. Wouldn't it make sense to vote for real change instead of flip flopping between 2 parties?

If the military made it manditory for women to shave their heads at basic training like men have to?

Frankly, the fact that they (the armed forces) do not require this for women says volumes. If women can't take that hair cut, why should we put each others lives in their hands?

Shouldn't it be manditory for ALL enlistees?

Isn't it a shame that we REALISTS have given the world so much good with our science because we were not afraid to move forward with ideas that conflicted with religious text! We have offered medicine in place of prayer, perspective rather than faith, advances and advantages to those who would accept REALITY! What has occurred in the world of religion? Again WHAT HAS RELIGION CONTRIBUTED TO PEACE AND PROSPERITY? We constantly see differences among the "faithful" trying to siege the opportunity to show that "Our beliefs are better than theirs"; and yet, sadly in the end, those beliefs only amount to an UNKNOWN end! What has happened is that people who would use the technologies that were provided through hard work study and tenacity have been turned into devices to state that they were GOD GIVEN! I am an inventor yet religions will say I was Gifted! Was Einstein? So he figured us out of WWII, but now we wait for WWIII because-OF RELIGIOUS STUPIDITY! WHAT DID GOD INVENT? Create?

I am looking for a Dale Eugene Smith that served in the military in the early 1980s in Japan, he was either Navy, or Marines, I know that he was stationed there in early 1981 and he was most likely 18-20 years old. The only partial location is that he might have moved from Japan back home to possibly New York City area but I don't know how truthful that evidence is. It is important that I find him.
