the restrictions were misunderstood by the work place and i have proof of that. what happened was i ended up with a infection in my testicles and my doctor put me on restrictions. when they recieved them they told me they had no jobs that i could do. they also said they would rehire me if i was able to have no restrictions and that the infection would never reaccur. my doctor said that he can not say that any condition will never reaccur. now they are giving me the run around about hiring me back. My question: Is this wronful termination?

You need to talk to a labor lawyer.

Contact the Penn Bar Association and ask for referrals. Below is a link to the PBA Pro Bono (free) site.

No........a company can "replace" you if you are unable to performa the job duties or there is not any other work you can perform with your restrictions......I don't believe they can ask for a Dr's note stating the condition will not return though.
