Ummm the President has no say over spending money on that Chi guy. Congress does. So you may have worked for the company but you don't know much about the USA governmental system. But i guess thats why you asked becuase you had no idea.

But the systems are already working. Did you see the laser mounted on the aircraft for shooting down ICBMs? Pretty cool.
Somebody had to get the ball rolling. I don't know how much it cost but if North Korea starts launching missiles our way you'll be glad Reagan pushed for such defense.
What I can't comprehend is Bill Clinton selling missile guidance technology to China...

since carter sat back and kissed the ussr's butt and stopped our military budget,Regan had to rebuild our military so that if russia did attack,we could actually defend our selves.then,all he spent was a few million dollars on the hoax,and the russians spent billions trying to keep up.it only cost the U.S. a few million to bankrupt the ussr.

Of course it was a hoax, but the Soviets didn't know that. They tried to keep up and fell flat on their face. Reagan did what he set out to do, defeat the evil empire.
