What do you all think about the recent beheadings in iraq and the netherlands and other countries? (which i can't remember, sorry) Do you think we should withdraw from iraq and let them kill themselves? Or do you think we should keep on trying to forge on? What do you think about what is going on? I want sincere answers please. I want to know what this war we are waging is doing for you....I already know we in america have freedom so I am not dogging our soldiers nor am I making waves....I just want to know what others are thinking.......

I think we should pull out. There's nothing else we can do for them. Saddam's gone, no WMD's... time to go.
As far as the beheadings, those are -- without a doubt -- the sickest things I've ever seen. I know of a site that has some of them (it's not an radical Islam site or anything), and I've watched a few, to get a sense of what's really going on. It's horrible. All of the people who have been kidnapped & abducted were to help give the kidnappers leverage in an ultimatum, which usually involved relocating U.S. troops out of the area. Those most likely wouldn't have happened had we already left.
At this point, the "cause" is lost in the blur, and I'm only concerned about getting all of our troops, as well as the civilian workers, back safely.

Beheadings? Just business as usually for the religion of peace. Withdraw? I think we should continue fighting them over there so we don't have to fight them over here.

i think to the planners of american foreign policy that the unrest and sectarian violence is a dream come true ... it gives them all kinds of room to continue planning in the middle east and an excuse to stay over there ... and imho ... they foster the violence over there on purpose and to that exact end ...
