Medical Savings Accounts.
Tax cut ( and for those who say it was a tax cut for the rich, lowering the 15% tax category to 12% is a cut mostly for the lower middle class )
Lowering the Estate Tax. No one should have to pay 40-50% of the value of an estate in taxes willed to them.
The stock market is doing much better now and its on more solid ground than the vapourous investments of the 90s in e-businesses with no assets.
No Child Left Behind. Not perfect but almost all the rest of us work on a performance based system and so should educators.
it will improve through competition the public education system.
Unemployment is in much better shape than it was during the previous administration.

By "notable" I assume you mean "good".
He's been VERY notable if your last name is Bin Laden;
Or if you own stock in Halliburton;
Or if your company charges the taxpayers $33 per meal per soldier than subs that out to a Kuwaiti firm for $10 per day.
If you're black and not well educated, well you can always take your chances in Iraq, but dont expect Bush to pay you. A Private makes about $16,000 a year., now that "Troop Lover" Bush has cut their pay and benefits TWICE in 6 years.
