What is the procedure when a person who have committed a murder turns himself in?
Is he taken in to custody and questioned ?
Does his attorney have to be present and if his statement is voluntary and his rights have not been read to him does he get off?
Is he charged then and can he get off on bell?
What is the longest time that a person can wait for a murder trial?
I am writing a book and i need a few details please!

I am conservative but i don't go around preaching hellfire and damnation. I am just in favor of common moral decency: that is: I don't think my leaders should be getting ****jobs in the Oval Office, I don't want to see anyone's bare breast at a football halftime show, and I don't want to see Madonna & Brittney swapping spit at an awards show.

I am not perfect and I don't pretend to be, but I do try to use common sense and assume personal responsibility. Is this "extreme?"

I'm fairly certain that Madame President is correct for a female Head of State. I am confused as to the correct address of her spouse. What will we call the former President of the United States? How would we refer to him if he hadn't been President? A wife is First Lady, is the husband of a female President First Gentleman? I'm confused. Does anyone, really know?

How could there still be so many who haven't bothered to READ what the Islamists SAY and PREACH as their GOALS ?

I'm not talking about propaganda.. . . . .I'm talking about what THEY SAY and in their OWN WORDS . No twist, no spin.. . . just their exact words and goals . It's not because of Bush or Clinton or Reagan. . .. . . it started about 1979 when they first took our people hostage.. .. . ..but that's all I'm giving you. .. do the research yourself . And for the squemish or faint of heart, I suggest you rely on a friend after what you're about to learn .

Will you do the research ? or will you CHOOSE ignorance ?

Would a high-altitude nuclear blast over Kansas wipe out electronics for the continental US? How permanently? What effect would it have on engines and batteries? I saw an episode of Futureweapons that brought it up but didn't answer these questions.

A few weeks back, while under the influence of a mixture of things, I was passed out and approached by a law offical, when I awoke, I didn't know what was going on or who awoke me, but I got scared and starting running. Of course I was caught and handcuffed. It is OK to say, "Prob deserved it" I know my faults and go to rehab this week. Anyway, the officer took me to the hospital where I was in these cuffs for a good 4 hours, no word a lie. I asked the officer if he could please loosen the cuffs because they were hurting, mind you, I wasn't combative, in anyway, just scared as heck. The cop took a little bit of presure off the one cuff, but did nothing to the other. The next day, my one thumb felt like it was dead, no feeling in it at all. I figured it was just from the cuffs, weeks have passed and the thumb still feels like it is dead. I just want to know if this would be considered excessive force if there is dmg to my thumb when I asked for the tension to be relieved.

Your cash outflow equals your cash inflow. But what does that mean?

Does it mean we're not saving? Well what if you're making a return on what you've already saved? And what if you're buying an asset - - principal payments on your mortgage don't count as savings but they add to your net worth...

Does it mean "it's harder to get by than it was a generation ago?" That would presume that all of the outflows are necessary. The previous generation got by without HDTV, cable, cell phones, PCs, high speed internet. 70% of the households own their homes, rather than 60% a generation ago - and houses are twice as big.

Real median family income is up 32% since 1979. Yet we're spending all of it. We're AMERICANS. We see stuff, we want it, we buy it. If median family income were up 320%, we'd still spend all of it. I'm fine with that - it's the engine that drives the economy, an it makes our investments go up.

But it does NOT mean "it's harder to make ends meet."

I am just wondering if i can sue my ex husband, my sister loan him this money while we were still married, but I already told him that this is a loan, and he agree with it, he promise me he would return, After 2 years, we were divorced, I asked him to return the loan for me, he wrote back to me from email couple times told me that he will returning the money to me, but which he never did, so if i have the copy of those emails, is that consider a prove and evidence even he never wrote a promisary notes? The loan is $2700 from my sister plus a veichle $1000 which the title sitll on his name, but i also have prove of the email he send to me that he also owe me the veichle, and he will change the title to my name, will this consider consider prove and evidence? or the veichle name still under his name, so that won't consider a gift to me? if i can prove that he promise to change the title to my name because it was a gift from him, will i win?
