How could there still be so many who haven't bothered to READ what the Islamists SAY and PREACH as their GOALS ?

I'm not talking about propaganda.. . . . .I'm talking about what THEY SAY and in their OWN WORDS . No twist, no spin.. . . just their exact words and goals . It's not because of Bush or Clinton or Reagan. . .. . . it started about 1979 when they first took our people hostage.. .. . ..but that's all I'm giving you. .. do the research yourself . And for the squemish or faint of heart, I suggest you rely on a friend after what you're about to learn .

Will you do the research ? or will you CHOOSE ignorance ?

Their goal is simple. Total destruction of western civilization, imposition of Sharia Law, globally. Replacement of the US Government with a Caliphate (this comes directly from CAIR).

The Koran states that the 'infidel' must submit or be killed. It also says the world ends when everyone is either killed or converted to Islam.

Don't be duped by the so-called 'Religion of Peace'.

A couple of more tidbits. You can go further back than 1979. You have to look at, for example, 1953 when the US orchestrated a coupe in Iran to overthrow the existing government and put the Shah into power. You can also look at the British in Iraq during the 20's who had to deal with an insurgency, just as we are now.

Radical Wahhabi and al qaeda muslims want to subjugate the whole world under the Caliphate (the Calif is the successor to Mohammed, a sort of Islamic pope or king) under sharia law. Their philosophy permits them to do to whomever whatever makes this possible. Crimes and horrible acts of violence against those who oppose them or against unbelievers are ordered by Allah and have His blessing. All out Jihad is their highest calling and martyrdom is their goal.

First off, you need to do some research.

Radical Islamists are not a monolith force, different groups want different things.

Some want a theocracy.

Some feel that their nations are being invaded by western ideas.

Some are isolationist and want us out of their countries.

Some want to cause genocide to other Muslims (Sunni groups want to exterminate Shi'a and vice-versa)

First off, there are two types of Islam, Sunni and Shi'a. Which ones are you talking about here? I assume you are talking about the Shi'a, because you reference the Iranian hostages. And what they want is different then what the Sunni want.

I also remember the reason why they took over our embassy and took hostages was because we helped prop up the Shaw of Iran and we had him in the USA dying in a hospital while the Ayatollahs took over power in that country. They wanted to exchange our hostages for the ailing Shaw.
