7 years ago I was convicted of interfering with a small flock of sheep. I was of course innocent as although the prosecutions case was quite conclusive, they did not take into account that it was I that was co-erced by a very sweet talking ewe - we both had too much to drink etc etc etc.

The reason I ask is that I am in line for a job at a pet shop and I am concerned that it might show up if they do a check on me.

Any advice?

I suppose this is a philosophical question. Without doubt, IMO, it's daft not to wear these safety devices.
However, should it be illegal for adults to choose to behave in a way that only risks themselves? Dangerous sports and riskier lifestyle choices such as heavy drinking and smoking are legal after all.
Your views?

We hear that tens of millions of Americans have no healthcare cover. So what happens to the poor and uninsured if the worst happens? If such an individual is hurt in a car crash (for example), is emergency care free? How about follow-up medical care such as physiotherapy etc?

Neither Theory has ever been proved. No one is around who saw it happen. Isn't it better to present the arguments on both sides and allow the student to decide which he believes in. Isn't this what choice is all about?

US and USSR (that time) had about to begin the bull fight & US was almost ready with the "star war program". Ronald Regan & Garbachov had tactfully handled the matter & salvaged the situation.

China has destroyed its own satellite by missile. The Skeleton kept in the cupboard has come out once again. US has just had the test of Laser Beam, fired from the ground, which is aimed to destroy any satallite in any orbit.

It is not mandatory to explore the moon which has already been explored several times. Isro should help in defense. Our leaders should motivate Isro to apply space techniques for War. If we don't develop it, we are not safe with the range of missiles we have.

I believe, Dr. Kalam has understood the requirement after Chinese test. Dr. Kalam can assign a "secret development project" to Isro. India should never trust Chinese Dragon.

a blowout? The Democratic Party won a majority of the state governorships and the U.S. House and Senate seats. For the first time in the history of the United States, no Democratic incumbent lost, nor did Republicans capture any open House, Senate, or Gubernatorial seat previously held by a Democrat.
