The president of the republic of Ghana is Mr John Agyekum kufuor. He won the majority after a peaceful election back in 2004. Hope this helps.

John Agyekum Kufuor (usually just J A Kufour or John Kufour) is the Ghanaian President and leader of the New Patriatic Party (NPP)

Alhaji Aliu Aohammed is a member of the NPP and the Bobikuma Akwambo Planning Committee but he's not president.
