Its clear that it will be anuclear war in which whole world may get destroyed according to me their are 2 reasons 1 is water and another is religious(crusade) and I am saying it after the issue which raised after pope said something about Islam and there can be third reason less supported reason i.e. terrorism.

She was in a vehicle with two males and another female. The vehicle was in the parking lot of an elementary school. Police pulled up and found drugs in the pocket of one one the males. at that point the remaining three who were not arrested at this time were told that if there were drugs in the car, they would all be arrested but since there was only one individual with drugs on his person, they arrested him and told the others to go home. Now the criminal investigator called her step father to bring her in for some questioning. Juveniles can wave their right to questions as adults can, but her father nor mother were present and she wasnt under arrest so she willingly answered the interigators questions. Now she has been asked by the same investigator to come in for more questioning on wednesday.She was not arrested. should her lawyer be present to avoid anymore incrimination of herself?

to the United States. First of all, they haven't even bothered to sign the agreement themselves so they don't have to send anybody to us for trial but we have to dend whoevever they request. Secondly, it takes a tabloid newspaper to make public a vital piece of video evidence with regards to the death of a british soldier in Iraq (available at the Sun website). The Americans think that they are untouchable so we, as a nation should not be sending suspects over there in a matter of weeks when they may not even get a fair trial.

I have taken on a contract from another company where they are no longer tradiing. I have paid a sum of money for their business assets plus their contracts. If there is money due back on any of their conracts or accounts should this come to me? If so whats the term?

Everyone always asks what the argument is against gay marriage. Isn' t that a little backward? Shouldn't the question be: what is the argument FOR gay marriage? The new proposal has the obligation to establish it's claim to legitimacy. Is it on the basis of a charge of discrimination? But everyone is permitted to marry someone of the opposite sex. gay's don't want to marry someone of the opposite sex? What does the matter of personal desire have to do with the form of the institution of marriage?

When the law comes in later this year on the smoking ban the government are hoping to get the public to quit the habit but they make a lot of money from smokers in taxation so where do you think that money shortfall will come from.
I'll tell you where the tax payer in one form or another. I am a smoker and will not be giving up,why should i we do not live in a dictatorship but its getting that way and soon the government will want to control everything that we do. Maybe we should start carrying our papers around with us now like in germany during the war so the police can stop us at any time and demand to see them and cart us off if we dont have them with us.
If we accept this ban it will escalate to no smoking anywhere and before you know it they will be able to imprison you for doing it.
Whatever happened to human rights and the freedom to choose what you do with your own body.

I think the US should make it very easy to obtain a work visa to come to the US with these guidelines:
1. All workers are to pay a set 25% tax rate.
2. They will not be allowed to use our social services.
3. They are not elligible for Social Security benefits.
4. All these regulations can change upon get legal citizenship.
5. Use a database to verify status upon employment and punishing businesses who violate these regulations.
The reason for this is because a large portion of immigrants come here and abuse our system with no intention of becoming citizens and eventually go back to their own country.

My husband and i got our w-2 on the 22nd with the entire rest of the US military, and immediatley filed our taxes, however, today i rec'd a second and the employee name and address is different, it has our old address on it. The Employee ID no. is different and the amount is about 1,600 and some change which is a lot less than we made. I didn't work and we didn't work any extra jobs... what is up with this??? PLease help! Is it fake or something new I don't know about?

Why aren't illegitimate births outlawed? THIS is what should be outlawed, not gay marriage. 4 out of 10 children born in this country last year were BASTARDS. How sick is that? We need to start weeding out unstable and unfit parents, and we can solve a big part of the problem by reducing illegitimate births- breaking an awful cycle.
