My company is willing to send me to USA on in another three weeks time. I don't have visa right now and now the problem is that I quickly want a visa. How long is the process? What all documents do I need to submit to the company and to the VISA authorities? If my visa is rejected by any chance then will VISA officer update me or my company?

I don't mean to sound dim, but I don't understand the term friendly fire. If it was friendly, then why would they be shooting in the first place. What does it actually mean?

I heard that the Government are changing the holiday allowence to new employees from 20 days to 22/23 days. Does anyone know if this is this true? And if you have a website that you could paste on here, so I could read through?
I am doing the registers at the moment for all the other workers and it has not been changed to this new way, so I dont know if its not true or my work are trying to get away with it. :o(

This is a serious question are there too many chinese people in high ranking positions in the australian government and are they communist and loyal to china first?Labor leader Kevin Rudds daughters boyfriend and husband to be have any communist ties and will this marriage between Kevin Rudds daughter and her chinese boyfriend sway Kevin Rudds opinion towards the australian society and what a true australian family is ?There is not enough australian doctors living in australia ?its expected to visit an australian doctor not a doctor from another country with a corn flakes packet degree here in australia? Do we need more Macay doctor deaths in the health system and i think premier Beattie needs to be kicked out and let some one else run queensland as the health system in queensland is full of doctor deaths from other countrys ? Can anyone PROVE that two planes was enough to cause 3 buildings to collapse?

Can anyone PROVE that the pancake theory allows for the buildings to come down at FREE FALL speed?

Can anyone PROVE that Mayor Guiliani did not send all those steel beams to China to be melted down...before anyone had a chance to look at the evidence?

Can anyone PROVE that fire for only an hour or so, is sufficient to melt steel, when other similar buildings burned for hours and days, and remained standing?

Can anyone PROVE that those three buildings did not collapse due to controlled demolition?

G.E. CORP, NBC and a few newspapers seem to hate our troops so why would consumers that love America buy their products? They should all go help the fanatics and show some courage by taking at least one side or the other.

Back in the day people who could read and write were able to accomplish so much more and had a type of intelectual freedom, which others didn't. Can we make a similar comparison for today with the use of technology? Or are there more facets to this?

My husband came home from Iraq in December. In about a week, he's leaving for a month for leadership school. About a week ago, he came home saying he talked to a Special Forces recruiter about joining up. So after leadership school he'll be back for 3 weeks before he leaves again for another 30 days for assessment. Then 12-18 months for school if he passes. He wants me to leave for NC when he goes for school even though he says he won't see me at all during his schooling. Do you think I'm being selfish wanting to stay back until after he finishes? My son is autistic and I have family here to help while I'm at work and school. Whereas, I don't have the type of support group there. I understand he's wanting to go further his career. But I don't know if I want to leave when I don't know anybody. Plus I feel weird living in a home which my husband will be gone with just me and my son...... Am I selfish and unreasonable like he thinks I am?

I’m French and as 95% of French I always opposed the war.
Anyway, Watada is wrong:
-He is an officer and has to obey. In France he would risk much more than 4 years behind bars. 20 years ago he would have faced the fire squad, I don’t know for sure now.
-Now that US have invaded Iraq, it is their duty to cope with the insurgency they have generated and leave Iraq only when it will be peaceful. US should never have entered Iraq but they shouldn’t live it before wrong. Leaving Iraq would be cowardice.

My ex and I were divorced 7 years ago. We were given joint custody, but he was not allowed visitation until he completed the parent clinic class: he didn't attend, but I allowed visitation anyway. This man rarely seen out son and got over 9,000 dollars behind on child support. He lied on me to social services (which I got fixed) and proceeded in court to get full custody of our son. I did not receive the summons and didn't know when court was. So he went and I didn't and he got full custody because I wasn't there. He took my son out of school the same day and put him in school in another town (I live in Ky. and he lives in In.) I went to court immediatley and was given back joint custody, but my son had to stay in that school.1year we fought in court and I took everyone with me; social services, my ex of my other children, his ex who said he raped her, and his ex wife all to no avail. Now he's back with his crazy ex (the one who went to court with me.) They have a abusive relationship.

I had some credit card and auto debt from 2001 that I have never paid off (and I don't plan to). I have stopped getting calls and notices in the mail about these debts.

1. Can they still come after me for the balances? If yes, how much time do they have left to collect?

2. When can my credit be restored, or at least used again?

then it's 10-times more a man's right as he actually has to do something, right? He has to work for 18 years to support the kid.

Like, heck, pigs exist, just like women, but that doesn't give them special 'rights' [read privileges]. Or are the feminazis right and those who exist do deserve 'special rights'?
