My company is willing to send me to USA on in another three weeks time. I don't have visa right now and now the problem is that I quickly want a visa. How long is the process? What all documents do I need to submit to the company and to the VISA authorities? If my visa is rejected by any chance then will VISA officer update me or my company?

You need to address all of your questions the the US embassy or consulate where you will apply for the visa. Each of them has different workloads and slightly different documentary requirements, depending on where they are and the kinds of cases they usually see.

You haven't stated what visa you're looking for. You can come on short business trips to the US on a B-1 visa. If you're going to be working here full time, you can apply for an H-1B visa. Each one has different requirements and different waiting periods. The level of difficulty for gettting these visas also depends on what kind of business you're in, what country you're frmo, etc.
