Workers Holiday Allowance?

I heard that the Government are changing the holiday allowence to new employees from 20 days to 22/23 days. Does anyone know if this is this true? And if you have a website that you could paste on here, so I could read through?
I am doing the registers at the moment for all the other workers and it has not been changed to this new way, so I dont know if its not true or my work are trying to get away with it. :o(

I wasnt aware the goverment fixed holiday allowances for anyone.All my employments had different allowances
