As a US citizen (by birth) over the age of 35, she could certainly run for President and make it clear that if elected Arnold would be the "decider" - but whether or not we'd vote for her is an entirely different matter.

Maria would run as a Democrat since she's a part of the Kennedy family. Arnold would just be First Gentleman, the first girlie-man husband of a woman president. Imagine that.

No, but don't be surprised if the GOP try and change the law that a foreign born naturalized american citizen will be able to run.
