Your statistics answers your question, Hindu's whether in India, Pakistan or anywhere in the world are more learned and hardworking, they are intelligent and peaceful by nature. You can hate this fact, but cannot avoid it. Its not discrimination, its just survival of the fittest (brain-wise).

Aaapka sawaal mein hi aapka jawab milega...
If 97% of Pakistans Muslim population cant take up what 3% of Hindus in that country are doing, there is something seriously wrong.Whos to blame for it ...The Hindus?
In India the 70% of Hindus and other minorities are able to take care of the required jobs so we have no issues as such.
One reason i do feel is that the Muslim community still study in the Madrasas and follow Religious Teachers where as Hindus have to a great extend freed themselves from the clutches of Religious Teachers and have started thinking independently in a Global Perspective.
Its high time that you draw a line dividing Religion and Education.
Its you the "inheritor of the lands" that was the cradle to our common great Indus Civilization and the Universities of Takshashila that must make the change....
Given an equal opportunity by taking away "Minority Oriented Vote Bank Politics and Reservation" i am sure that religious equations will not even matter in India.
We are a Humble but Proud country whose President in a Muslim ,The Prime Minister is a Sikh,The Ruling Partys Chair Person is an Indian Christian Lady born in Italy and her late husband, Our beloved former Prime Minister was a man born to a Parsi Father...and well ...a Christian is our present Defence Minister...and the list of these great people of minority religious dominations goes on ...Muslims freely practice their Religion in India. They hold some of the most vital posts in the nation. We are proud of them and what they do for the nation and not because of what religion they come from.If you call this discrimination, have it your way.
Dear Friend, Indians have for long time outgrown religious considerations .Only the Politicians are to come to this level and they shall very soon.
Think of a day when a Hindu becomes your Prime Minister ? Forget it let me make it less complicated for you ...a day when a Pakistani born Christian Lady becomes your President....
That day my brother, you are worth asking me this question.

I strongly disgust your voice. If there was a discrimination against Muslims in India,
How could Abdul Kalam , a muslim become "The President of India" ?
How could Bismillah Khan, a muslim be awarded Bharat Ratna, the most precious honour in India ?
How could A.R.Rahman ,a muslim be admired by lakhs of people ?
How could there be more than 25 % of Muslims in Indian Cricket team ?
Who are the legends of India : Javed akhtar ( Lyricist), Sania Mirza (Tennis champ) , Md.Azharuddin ( Former Cricketer)...... and many more...
Who showed disrespect for them or discrimination for them.We never treated any Muslim as an Anti to us. India is a Secular country. We respect and care them as we own Hindus do.Where the hell you got these stats from ?
Although what you have said might not be true ...if at all it is right ,
Govt. has to follow and abide by certain rules by which the employment factor is concerned.
And if so called Discrimination is happening around then Muslims couldn't have seen the injustice being done to themin front of their eyes.
So, its fraternity and Secularism that runs India among the developing countries of the world

Isn't it a baseless question? We have the following benefits for Indian Muslims, special citizens of India
1. Reservation
2. Mosque anywhere they want
3. Liberty to use loud speakers
4. More than 1 wife
5. Endless children
6. Madressa education, funded by the Govt.
7. Free Huz to Makka and Madina
8. Muslim universities
9. Special Govt. laws for minority protection
10. Minority commission
What else do you want? Benefits to them are almost 80% compared to Hindu community. They dont want to study is a big problem. Literacy will create more jobs for you. Dont keep your women behind Burkha. Let them grow in their lives, as Hindu women. Let them be a doctor or scientist or engineer or lawyer or business woman. Know their requirements and know who they would also like to grow as other women of India. Be Indian, perform like Indian, consider India as yours. If u would like any example, look at Malaysia. Look at Malaysian Muslim women.

Indian Muslims are not educated enough, like Hindus in Pakistan (100% literacy among Hindus). Indian Muslims literacy rate is hardly 30%. Even if the government want to employ them, not possible. Instead of going to school they are involved in fishing, selling odd items, etc. Once they are qualified, they will migrate to the gulf country. Out of 30% qualified Muslims 50%+ are outside the country.

No, the Muslims are treated well in India. They can even be President if they apply themselves.
What about what happens to Christians in Pakistan? That's discrimination.
Why do you want a government job anyway?

Yes, I'm sure that to be very true. But, there are also many Christians in America that are converting to other religions, including Muslim and Hindu, and the other way around.
