I want to state my true claim that the unmarked vehicle was tailing me, while i was driving i felt a bump in the road and i looked in my mirror and this guys tailing me and i was scared so i went faster, then i slow down in preparation for if he hits me again just incase he did the first time, and then i change the lane and thats when he pulls me over. Do you think i can win the case? 85 mph in 55 mph zone, and it was an unmarked looking like civilian vehicle. I need some tips on winning the case. I do have multiple speeding tickets on my record none are this fast though

you sound mentally unstable.
You certainly shouldn't open your mouth in court if you are going to give that paranoid delusional story you just wrote.
It seems better if you get an attorney who can make a better impresion on the court that you. Believe me, you come accross as unstable.

The main thing I see in your description is that the officer did not show up. The state's case is entirely based upon the officer's report and testimony. If he doesn't show up to defend his report, then you simply move for a dismissal for lack of prosecution. The state has no case without their only witness.
If the officer had shown up, then you would be in serious trouble because it is very rare for the courts to rule against their own police officers. You would testify that he bumped you and scared you. He would testify to the contrary and your word would not be accepted against the officer's word. The courts just do not accept that the police could or would do anything contrary to law or their duty. Unless you had good proof that the officer was lying to the court, you would most certainly lose the case.
Therefore, focus on the officer not being in court and dismiss the case.

pay your ticket.
You sound like you not only deserved it, but like you should be prevented from driving on the roads at all.

were you on drugs when you were driving?
cause it sure sounds like you still are on drugs. You make no sense, and I hope they throw the book at you.
