My boyfriend of 7 years wants me to move in with him in June after a two-month recovery period after leg surgery. He's my landlord, and I've been living in one of the houses he owns. I've been living there about two years and absolutely love it there. Every weekend, I live with him in his house which I also love. I can't make up my mind if I want to keep things the way they have been or if I should move in with him which I would also love. But, then I would permanently lose my house to a new tennant. What should I do? I would be very happy with either arrangement, but I can't have both.

I know there is poverty (all countries have poverty) and that the people are not super wealthy (majority lives in apartments). But there is no gaping wealth gap, and it does not butt into other countries' business. The people have a significantly lower rate of heart disease and obesity (although they can afford a lot less antibiotics). Because it is an atheist country (for the most), there are no religious conflicts. There is no racism in China amongst the people (even though China is conposed of different people with different dialects and culture.) "Hollywood" -like things are a lot less important in China compared to the Western world, and the Chinese highly value education.

What do you think? Yes, I know China is FAR from perfect (the toilets are disturbing). But while it lacks the wealth that the US has, it has things that money can not buy too.

My husband is adamant that as of 1/1/07 it is an OFFICIAL LAW that you cannot drive and talk on your cell phone in California unless you are using a handsfree device like a Bluetooth or headphones. I understand that driving with a phone is unsafe, but I still think it's not illegal....at least not yet. Can anyone tell me?

Isn't it funny how Liberals try to claim they are educated when, on average, they are far less educated and wealthy than Conservatives. It's not even close, but these bedwetters have somehow become delusional. They are all about as bright as their hero, Mike Nifong, the prototypical Liberal who brought the fraudulent Duke rape case to appease the tribal constituency of the Dems.

Those 3 minutes before execution...how would Bush act and look?
So amazing how strong Saddam stood before death. I am not in favour of Saddam. But those 3 minutes made him a martyr and a hero for many people, even those who disliked him. After all, all intelligent people know that Saddam was US supported.
So...would Bush have the heart to stand before death so strongly just like Saddam did?

there's been a lot of hubbub about his death, as much as Regan's when he died. BUt was Ford really that great? Just asking, have no recollection!

Both Bush and Blair Know they're on their last legs.

Obviously, they've created a big mess and a pullout would would result in an even bigger mess. But is it worth so many more lives to be sacraficed.

Bush and Blair will soon retire from Politics to write their memoirs and enjoy their riches while 100's or 1000's of US and UK soldiers will continue to die.

But I guess, as this is a volunteer army we can't complain as these young people have chosen to go there.

250 Million Christians Will Be Persecuted in 2007

250 million Christians worldwide will face persecution in 2007, simply for following Jesus Christ, according to persecution watchdog, Release International. In particular it was found that persecution is growing the fastest in the Muslim world.

Release has found that most persecution takes place in four distinct ‘zones’: those of Islam, Communism, Hinduism and Buddhism. But persecution is growing fastest of all in the Muslim world.

Governments in even moderate Muslim countries often fail to safeguard the rights of their Christian minorities, explains RI. Abuses suffered by Christians include kidnapping, forced conversion, imprisonment, church destruction, torture, rape and execution.

One of the world’s worst abusers of religious freedom is Saudi Arabia, guardian of Islam’s holiest sites Mecca and Medina. Saudi Arabia forbids all other religions. A Muslim found ‘guilty’ of converting to Christianity could face the death...

I just want to know what others think about the whole execution thing. I am open to all opinions. America invades Iraq and sets up a new government taking over Saddam Hussein. America uses the new Iraqi government as a puppet and decides to execute the former ruler of Iraq. How can America justify their place in this incident? Saddam is without a doubt a horrible person with his genocide, slaying mass amounts of countrymen. But Saddam didn't commit any crimes in America; why does America get any say in his execution (by creating a new government and the new government prosecuting)? Is it wrong for an invading country to come in and erect a new government and using them to execute the country's former ruler? America comes in to Iraq and attempts to bring peace and justice, but does so without any form of morals in mind.

Have heard that they must have their park lights on and have heard they can sit in the dark. Seems to me it would be unsafe to sit parked along the interstate after dark with your lights out.

If American citizens do not pay their taxes, their bank account is seized by the IRS, a lien put on their homes, cars, etc. Why aren't these same enforcement measurements being taken against illegal immigrants? It does not seem that our constitution would allow the government to enforce laws against select people in this country.

I need a job. I'm desperate. All I need to do is lose weight. I have been looking at the Navy websites(why? they hardly tell you anything) and nothing in depth. I really have no likes as far as career wise. Almost anything I'll take, I guess. So what jobs would be available to me with the Navy? will I be able to pick my base I want to be stationed after training? thanks in advance
