Recently I moved from a average size city to a much larger metropolitan area. It didn't take me long to witness an act by a officer traveling in police cruiser that just stunned me.

We both approaced an intersection (I was behind him) and the light was red. The officer came to a rolling stop, turned on his flashers and proceeded through the red light then turned his flashers back off. The light turned green within just a few seconds so I was able to stay behind him. He did this again at the next intersection. I was able to witness him doing this through three more intersections. I was livid. I took down the number of the cruiser and was going to call in a complaint when I got home. My husband is from this city and I told him what I saw. He said that is common practice and not to report it or we would be harrassed. That was about 2 months ago and I've seen this occur probably a dozen times since that day.

Fast forward to yesterday. I was approaching a four way stop

Why can't we shift our dealings to countries that are not Anti American? Why do we keep supporting these countries?

Where are all the greenies, now that our state is on fire? I hope they are helping out at the wild animal rescue centres caring for the wounded and orphaned wildlife. Perhaps they could help the people who are trying to protect their houses and livestock from the fires.

They have been haseling the gov't for years to get horses, cattle and people out of our state forrests. The result is record amounts of scrub and brush undergrowth to feed a fire. So, now after neglecting access tracks and signage for years, and record breaking drought, the forrest is ablaze and no one can get in there to put it out.

How can common sense be put back into our leadership.

Many QUALIFIED females have been nominated and ran(you can google it), but the media doesnt show this to us.
There have been female presidents in many other countries, but USA, the land of the free and equal hasnt even caught up yet. Is America as oppressive as the other countries they try to liberate???? Why cant the US catch up with the other countries.

NO obvious answers please such as "cause we go through a voting process and no one has voted for a female yet" DUHH

Fertile land of farmers is being forcibly aquired by state governments to sell to the industrialists when enormous amount of waste land is availble else where.Particularly what the communist goverment of Bengal is doing to the poor people cannot be justified by any argument. The same thing is being done in all other states. The satire of it is all is done for eradication of poverty.Is it eradication of poverty or eradication of poor farmer?
