on these accounts all kids in the will where not named so how does it go

Both. The Will governs his possessions that are not named as going to someone like the accounts. The accounts that have named beneficiaries are contracts and they govern over the Will as to those assets only.

I am sorry for your loss. On accounts with beneficiaries, the money goes to the named beneficiary. Then, money is distributed according to Dad's wishes in the will.
Have the will probated. Often, in investment accounts, the investor is required to name a beneficiary. It is impractical to name all heirs.
Usually, the fair thing to do is for the Executor to divide the estate equally among the children.
