My boyfriend has had more than one offense. He is 17 and will not be 18 until March 15. He has been charged in the past with grand theft auto, possession of/intent, running from cops (this was 3 years ago, at 15). He has benn locked up for 3 years.(for those charges) He was in a group home. He ran away from there a month ago. His cousin dared him to rob a convenient store, so being an idiot he did and got caught. We live in TN. with all of this what could happen. I am also 5 wks pregnant. . .Help, and please dont be negative. I realize who i am in love with and i am wanting to stand by his side and help him thru all of this in hopes that this baby and his stupidity will make him wake up. I've been with him since we were 15. I am not giving up on him yet.

I see a programme on the BBC 24news channel about the journey of an immigrant from the west coast of africa to tenerife on fishing boats. Now, I don't like immigration laws and i'm not politically correct, but how can the worlds leaders still be in charge and still pump millions of pounds into celebrations such as olympic games and wars when old colonial countries still need heavy financing. Immigrants are risking lives to send money home to families with up to 6 kids. WHY CAN'T THE GOVERNMENTS SEE THAT THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM IS THIER IGNORANCE NOT JUST TOWARDS THESE POOR PEOPLE BUT ALSO TOWARDS THE PEOPLE OF THIER OWN COUNTRIES.

despise them...I wonder all they all so ignorant and why do they have the world views they do..do you think it's cause the majority are men or what.

I am wondering what is the best way to get along with them and not despise them so much as I don't think this is good. Sorry just being honest ..it seems they will never consider things like the dangers of du, 9-11 possibility of being an inside job, election fraud, caring about the least among us no matter what evidence there is. Do any other liberal find this upsetting...if not, why not?
