Ok I admit it had to look it up, (shambolic = Disorderly or chaotic).
Why fess up and go to trial, (save your door) and then you can tell the judge your side and all will be well, he'll have to agree with you.

1. Delete all current email accounts.
2. Move outside the U.S.
3. Change your phone number (often)
4. Cut up your credit cards
