Why can't we shift our dealings to countries that are not Anti American? Why do we keep supporting these countries?

Superpowers become superpowers by having dealings/strongholds throughout the world. Doing so ties a nation into the Global economy and allows that country to act as a middleman between countries thus profitting off both.
Also many precious natural resources are in Anti American countries.
