Liberals tend to have a few more Master's and PhDs but they are usually in some useless category. They are not necessarily in the really hard scientific branches like Mathematics or Physics. Also that number is plumped up by the fact that more people go to college nowadays and these young recent college graduates tend to be liberal. In ten years half of then will have turned conservative. The conservatives tend to be among the older people who went to school when public high school education was better and when a college education was not deemed as necessary, they are also the ones paying for the education of many of the young liberals.

They are less wealthy because they care for the poor. They are not less educated. Shame on you for assuming that all liberals agree with Mike Nifong. Imagine that you were a dancer and you believed someone raped you but they would not take it to court because of your past or present employment. Maybe then you would not feel the way that you do. I think he covered all the bases but failed to give the defense the information that he was required to and thus should be reprimanded. However, I think he has showed that he would prosecute anyone regardless of popularity if he felt that they committed a crime. This is better than allowing everyone to go free. He did make a bad judgment call.

Here's the latest Pew research:
Liberals have the highest education level of any typology group  49% are college graduates and 26% have some postgraduate education. But the Enterprisers also include a relatively high percentage of college graduates (46%), although fewer Enterprisers than Liberals have attended graduate school (14%).
Pro-Government Conservatives stand out among Republican groups for their modest incomes. About half (49%) have annual household incomes of less than $30,000; just 13% of Enterprisers and 26% of Social Conservatives have incomes in that range. Pro-Government Conservatives' annual household incomes are comparable to those of Disadvantaged Democrats and Bystanders, and much lower than those of other GOP groups.

Less impressed by your post. Confusing the politics of Mike Nifong with liberal progressive ideals is about the most ignorant statement a con can make--congratulations!!
In a nutshell, where's your holier than though opinion of the accuser? Innocent until proven guilty seems to have been the result of the Duke case insofar. Concentrating your political energy on the irrelevant issues of our day is futile--ya Newbie!!

No, it's not funny.
And why would you think that political views would have anything to do with wealth/education/power??? And may I ask where you got the information of the accusations you made?
I am liberal, but I agree with the fact that both conservatives and liberals have their right points, and you should too.
Narrowmindedness and fanaticism can completely alter someones choices and ways of thinking. In your case, it has made you sound like a complete idiot.

I'm not sure your theory on education is correct. Out of curiosity after the 2004 Election, I pulled some data.
I pulled the percentage Kerry versus Bush support by State.
Then, I went to the Census Bureau and pulled the data on average level of education by State.
Then, I put the data in Excel and ran a simple regression.
The result was that 30% of the variance in which candidate you support could be explained by level of education, as follows:
Level of education and Bush-Cheney support were inversely correlated.
Level of education and Kerry-Edwards support were positively correlated.
This means that level of education tells about one third of the story of who votes for who in Presidential Elections. For this past election, higher education meant lower support for Bush.
I would be curious to see your data to the contrary. If you want, you can re-create what I did easily from Internet searches and using Microsoft Excel.
If your level of education is not high enough to perform a simple statistical regression, I would be happy to help.
As to wealth --
Boy, the richest men in the world sure sound like Socialists if you listen to what they say and read what they write -- Bill Gates and Warren Buffett. Soros and Turner. Richard Branson. Mark Cuban.
In fact, every billionaire I can think of, save perhaps the Donald, seems to be Socialist.
It's only those clawing Jay Gatsby types that are cruel and heartless -- making them natural Republicans.

Liberals don't claim to be more educated than conservatives.
You just feel inferior because most college professors are running from the Republican party due to their ignorant behavior.
The fact that your asking this question is proof that deep down inside you know the Republicans are evil, ignorant, meth and gay prostitute using pedophiles, liars, kidnappers, torturing, murdering, false prophets.
If you want to find people that agree with you try NASCR events or truck pulls or midget tosses.

Colleges and the area surrounding them are usually heavily democrat. They might be less wealthy because they take jobs that help society and not just make money. The best looking presidents and politicians in general are charismatic and democrat. The pubs are often plastic or fat cat types with slick evangelical haircuts.

Someone is a tad superficial.
A. I went to Yale. Not that it matters, but I'm sure my degree will get me a lot further in life than yours.
B. Wealth can be attained in other ways than through money.
C. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Even the most beautiful things can seem ugly to an ugly person. Which sounds to be your problem in a nutshell.
