Wow kind of confusing because I thought that the vice president and president could not be together in the same public room in case of assassination attempt. This way a shoot could not kill both of them in a matter of seconds. If you have this picture then it's got to be a forgery. Furthermore how could it detail the year that Bush was President when in fact he was not president at the time the photo was taken.

keep it and preserve it It is a historical document. Someday it just might be worth something to someone. It might not happen to you but your kids would probably thank you for it.
I have a friend who took his kids to the wrestling matches. They took a lot of photos of the wrestlers. Some that would never have been taken anywhere else. Today his son is living high off the hog because a lot of people are willing to pay for his photos.
