A friend was being chased by police at speeds over a hundred M. P. H., when the officer pulled out in front of the motorcycle and cut his cruiser into the bike forcing the rider off the road causing him to crash, breaking his neck and some ribs. Is this a legal move in Ga?

The intriguing fact is saddam never hit USA, never killed any americans in iraq or elsewhere, never supported terrorists particularly against jehad and USA. Why did USA kill him. If USA is the harbinger of apoclypse, then go to BURMA and Saudi Arabia, Why are they shaking? And if all americans feel invading and freeing iraq a right thing to do, then what is the need to kill saddam when he is captured alive. Can't americans have a large heart to spare him the way you helped Ferdinand Marcos, Idi ameen etc etc. Why ? Why?

Someone told me that before leaving you have to pass a PT test, which didn't make sense to me because the minimums were basically the same as you had to make after basic training. Isn't the point of basic training to prepare you physically and mentally? Either way, I'm working really hard to prepare myself (still), but I was just wondering if this is true. Thank you. If it helps I'm going for the Navy Reserves, but information on any branch would help. Thanks.

Many liberals claim it is not a legitimate war, or that there is no War on Terror, so what is the real answer and who has the authority to determine what is a war and what is not a war? Since we elected President Bush shouldn't we trust him when he says a war is a war? What is the benefit of saying there is no War on Terror? Why do liberals try to devide America in these terms?

We are at war. Many of our brothers and sisters are sacrificing their lives to protect the freedoms we enjoy and take for granted every single day. The US military eliminates terrorists and insurgents every sing day, but, somehow, liberals are upset and pointing the finger at President Bush instead of getting behind him and seeing his side of the issue. If we support the President, if we support our troops and join the hands of our fine military forces WE CAN WIN THIS WAR. Why is that so hard for liberals to understand? So, why do liberals chastise the Bush administration for fighting terror? How are liberals helping America and the world win the War on Terror when they are merely dividing the country and playing into the hands of the terrorists?

Over the past few days I have asked questions wondering if people were aware of what Iraqi's were saying and also how a significant number of troops felt about what was happening in Iraq.

Here is what the Iraqi's had to say... It is a very powerful statement. I hope you take the time to read it.

http://www.krg.org/articles/article_detail.asp?ArticleNr=15438&LNNr=28&RNNr=70&LangNr=12

To know what the troops had to say you would have had to watch a documentary that was shown on tv so I can't link to it here. Lets just say they believe in the reason they are in Iraq and they wished that the American people would support them in their efforts to accomplish that mission.

Anyways, my question to all of you is would you support the mission in Iraq if the soldiers supported the mission? They are the people with firsthand knowledge as to what is happening there. We don't.

In my opinion, 3000 is a small number for the time frame. We are doing good so far in Iraq. I don't understand why everyone is complaining?
In WWII, Korea, and Vietnam, we lost more than that in a few days in one battle. During the first two days of D-Day, we lost approx. 9000 soldiers to enemy fire.....in just 2 days. On Iwo Jima, there were 6,825 Marines killed in just 36 days of fighting for that little island.

So.......3000 in 4 years? Pft! What's the problem?

Doesn`t it annoy anyone that filmmakers are now openly and unacceptably product-orientated?

For instance, the big deal in `Proof` about Jojoba seed oil. Geez, the company must have paid a bomb for that advertising; probably comped the entire film budget.

And in `The Devil Wears Prada`, the name alone in the title- never mind that the film is a putatitve satire- is worth a bomb in sales. So do you think it is accidental or was the deal done before the film and/or book ever got made?

This should stop or be stopped.
