i would think you could. never know what the government will do next in regards to how you are allowed to run yout business)smoking ban). check the liquor commisions website.

Contact the state ABCC. They can tell you if there are any problems.

Frankly, I'd be more interested in protecting my liquor license. A convicted felon, especially for falsifying IDs, is not exactly the type of person who would instill confidence in my judgement. But it's your license, not mine.
