A friend was being chased by police at speeds over a hundred M. P. H., when the officer pulled out in front of the motorcycle and cut his cruiser into the bike forcing the rider off the road causing him to crash, breaking his neck and some ribs. Is this a legal move in Ga?

Probably, since fleeing from the police is a felony. Police have a wide latitude when pursuing a felon. The driver always had the option of pulling over and surrendering and failed to do so and therefore must suffer the consequences.

in my opinion... if he was being chased at high speeds... he has no rights... your supposed to STOP! when requested by an officer... if you dont your breaking the law...... the officer did what he had to prevent other people from being hurt... i'm sorry your friend is injured but i have to side with reason here... he would have run off the road if he wasnt going over 100MPH in a high speed chase...
Im so tired of criminals finding fault in the system and winning huge settlements.when in reality THERE WERE DOING SOMETHING CRIMINAL TO BEGIN WITH!
