"liberal" is a political term that groups those of a like mindset determined to create a socially balanced society at any expense. "sociopath" is a vague psychiatric term that refers to a person that is not able to genuinely connect with other human beings and often develops certain character traits that may suggest just the opposite.
i don't think any liberal would want to be told that they are a walking contradiction (even though at times it seems some really are...ex. john kerry).

NO. They might be a little immature and have a Pollyannish view of the world but there are no more sociopaths among one political group than among the other.
