Yes, your recruiter knows best. Ask them or ask the government civilian doctors at MEPS. The medical conditions I know that will get you disqualified from enlisting are scoliosis (curved spine), diabetes, asthma diagnosed past the age of 13, epileptic seizures, taking mental drugs like Prozac and Ritalin. There's more but the recruiter or the doctors at MEPS knows best. Good luck!

I once considered joining. Medical requirements vary. When i took my medical, they do an intense medical evaluation. From blood pressure, eyesight, ear exams, blood exams, etc,,, U have to be a a certain weight proportinal to ur height,,, ASk a recruiter, he can give u a better understanding concerning the qualifications.

Do you have a pulse? Just kidding. Recruits are required to be healthy, or in reasonable physical condition. Some physical impairments may impede your ability to train and then defend yourself or others if called upon, but you may be able to serve in other ways. Talk to a recruiter for more information.

You just have to be able to walk and maybe chew gum at the same time. They don't take time to test now or put you into the best classification. They just want warm bodies to send to Iraq.
Can't put the draft in place before the Bush Twins are passed the age to be drafted.
