considering Israel is finally getting of their *** and speaking up against Iran with the admission of nuclear war heads wouldn't it be wise for Iran to back off. or has Ahmadinejad got something up his sleeve so to speak........maybe Russia backing him. how can the US handle two wars simultaneously when we have so much trouble with Iraq already.

What did James Madison mean when he wrote his document, now considered to be part of our Bill of Rights? Was it to keep the Church out of Government, or the Government out of the Church?

My wife and I have separated. We are currently living apart from each other. We are not "legally separated". So there is no agreement between us regarding health insurance. She is employed full-time and I have been covered under her health plan. Recently, she cancelled my health insurance that she receives through her employer. I had heard that this is illegal. In other words, I was told that a spouse cannot remove the other spouse from his or her health insurance until there is a divorce. However, when I called the insurance company, I was told that she had removed me during "open enrollment" and that she is legally allowed to do so during that time. I am disabled and would suffer greatly if I lose my health coverage. Is what she did legal?

.. by speeding police vehicles, supposedly," on a shout", before someone in authority has the courage to bring these legal killers to book!? I have heard off duty police officers, on several occasions, joking about how they have sped through traffic and red lights, with sirens blaring, just for the hell of it!

Their answer to everything is the two plans hit it. the twin towers were desighned to stay standing if a plane bigger than that crashed into it. The twin towers are built in 3 sections the plane hit the top so if the damage was bad the top would have fell leaving the rest standing. For those who will now answer saying it was the fire the pizza plaza burned for 17 hours and stayed standing and the twin towers a more modern and more fire resistant building burned for 45 minutes. The twin towers fell straight down in 10 seconds so all the support beams plus the 3 sections all broke at the same time. For those saying the generators like 3 or 4 genorators can bring down a section of the twin towers they must have thought of that and taken measures. The twin towers were insured against 'terroist attacks' a month before the attacks now people are going to answer it was a coincedence. The WTC are the worlds third largest gold deposits why did they remove all the gold hours before the attacks.

if that is the case the Republicans have already won. as they succeeded at that. Based on that alone I would say the Republicans are thye true terrorists in the world. The republicans are the only ones in the world who dont agree with that.

Picture this...a man & woman (maybe his wife) are driving home after a romantic dinner (maybe their anniversary...ooooo), neither of them had had a drop of alchohol to drink yet, but they purchase a bottle of wine before going home. They then get pulled by a police officer who sees the unopened bottle sitting on the front seat between the couple (or maybe it's in the back seat). The couple are clearly 100% sober- BAC of 0.00%.

Now the question is...Can a police officer write a DUI ticket for the simple fact that there is a bottle of alchohol within reach of one driving? (remeber the bottle is unopened; also, you can assume that all field tests were passed and the driver passed the breathalyzer)
If yes...would a policer officer ever write the ticket?

As a corollary...Would a prosecutor ever fight to enforce the ticket?

How about HATRED of your own President in times of WAR ?

Don't ya think that some of that HATRED that brews within you, could be 'controlled' like what is expected of ALL ADULTS ?

Or. . . . Do you think that ADULTS shouldn't exhibit 'control' of their emotions ?

those whom side with illegals
racist latinos,,,no that couldn't be,,YES THERE ARE MANY RACIST LATINOS,,IT'S PRACTICALLY A SPORT FOR THEM

how could anyone logically be pro-illegal, Even if the illegals are benifitting us greatly,,which they are not, Don't you think there has to be a regulated flow of settlers into a country , any country if it is worth a damn

I think it's just ultra-sensitive latinos, that are offended at anything a white person does that runs short of hating themselves and praising latinos, THIS BS has got to stop, WHERE are all the wonderful level headed citizens of hispanic orgin,,,, we need you now to stop this childish hate

Clinton had 8 years to deal with a problem that was right in front of his nose. He ignored every terrorist attack while promising to hunt them down. He was too concerned with doing anything that might hurt his popularity(which by the time he was done, was 34%) that he let down the country and set it up for the biggest attack ever on American soil.

And now another clinton wants to weaken the United States again in her greedy bloodthirsty pursuit of personal power?

Haven't they done enough damage?

It's clear the U.N. is anti american. It's also clear the U.N. is a modern day version of the league of nations, all talk and no power to back up or enforce it's rulings. The time has come for the USA to leave the U.N., when they even lobby and in fact vote for a country like Venezuela to hold a position on the panel. They let Iran run their mouth and it's corrupted leader disgrace the jewish community. It's apparent through recent discussions and confrences that the U.N. is no longer looking out for the interest of America.

I say forget the U.N., it has become only a burden to us policy, questioning our moves only because of their hatred for the united states.

Then it started to box the monkey and later that day the phone rang and the job was in Mars, then he ran to see the lions....

why would the U.S want border patrol?
