the word citizen or immigrant appears in the Bill of Rights? If it doesn't maybe you should think before you act like a fascist.

I was charged with two counts ofpossession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and endangering a child, but never arrested. I was spending the night with my mother when her house was raided. I was the only one not arrested, but just found out I was indicted on those charges.

bites you. Can I ask that person to give me a health report. I'm concerned if that person has any diseases that can be transferred by her biting me. Legally i can probably sue her, but thats not what i want. I want to have a health record so i know that she did not give me a disease. If she doesnt give it to me, can I obtain it legally?

What if the dog you had for two years was put down because your new tenants kid came up behind it while it was sleeping and scared it so its reaction was a bite, but it wasn't put down for this, it was what happened two months later when the kid did the same thing and didn't get a scratch on her? What if your tenants said they wouldn't sue as long as the dog was put down [which also happened about two days before you birthday] but about a mnoth after you recieve a letter from your tenants lawyer stating they were going to take 30k out of your house insurance because of this bite?

My guess is that it's coming SOON, but I think it will be from our ships, planes and subs . Probably no ground troops, other than squads of covert action .

Even if you disagree with the first-strike action, would you support it ????

Why do all you little hippies think marijuana will ever be legal?
It will never be legal. Our lawmakers are in the interest of saving lives, not jeapordizing them. Yes marijuana may be safer than alcohol, but you cannot tell me that a high and drunk person is a safe person. We have enough trouble with all the drunk irresponsible people. Now make them even more impared and we have even more problems. All I know is I am nervous enough driving my kid around with all the idiots on the road and I for one would fight to keep another drug off the street. Keep it illegal then if people want to use they will be more likely to use caution when doing it. Even you airhead potheads should be able to see the reason in this.

If you do, and you tell them the license plate, will the cops go to their house? Or do they have to see the dangerous driving when it's happening? (I ask because I find tailgating incredibly rude, annoying and dangerous.)

I noticed that when a restaurant closes, sometimes there is a yellow paper posted in the storefront indicating that the premises are not controlled by the landlord, or something like that. What is the purpose of these posts?

How about, instead of criticizing him all the time, we pray for him instead?

After all, we did elect this man to rule our country, and he IS trying hard.

Clinton's lie didn't increase terrorist recruitment.

Clinton's lie didn't decentralize terrorist organizations making them harder to bring to justice.

Clinton's lie didn't cause a civil war that our own government says we somehow have to win in order to take the steam out of an insurgency.

Clinton's lie didn't cause our allies to be attacked by terrorists.

Clinton's lie didn't cause the worldwide community to call the American public "stupid" for voting for him.

Clinton's lie didn't do anything but throw Republicans in a tizzy and make them spend more than 50 million tax dollars, just to say "it's all good."

In the cold war, we were told every day that the evil Commies were going to kill us all. Didn't happen, but it helped distract the American people from anything else. Before that, the Germans had the "Jews will kill us all" to distract their people. In the south we had the "Blacks will kill us all" mentality to distract poor whites from their being screwed over by rich whites. etc. Doesn't anyone get that America's cold war against Islam is just another distraction. As long as we continue our war on Muslims it is politically incorrect to criticize Bush for screwing our Economy, Human Rights, etc.

This is even a recycled idea from Pope Urban the II. The Muslims obviously aren't trying to kill us all because if you look at all the recent wars between Muslims and Non-Muslims, almost all of them are started by the latter. (E.g. Afghanistan parts one and two, Iraq, Lebanon parts one and two, 6 day war, and many many more)

Can anyone tell me why this is anymore valid then(continued)
