Only degraded, unusable chemical weapons were found. Non weapons grade uranium was also "found", but it was already under the seal of the IAEA inspectors who had visited immediately before the invasion.

Further, Bush himself has admitted that no nuclear or chemical WMD were found in Iraq. August 21, 2006 press conference. "Now, look, part of the reason we went into Iraq was -- the main reason we went into Iraq at the time was we thought he had weapons of mass destruction. It turns out he didn't, but he had the capacity to make weapons of mass destruction." See it on the White House website! http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2006/08/20060821.html

A high level CIA official says the intelligence that Saddam had a nuclear weapons program was cooked, and that the CIA had reliable information that the nuclear program had been abandoned 10 years earlier.

Bush also admitted he targeted Saddam from the start of his administration, in January 2001.

Not as many as we expected to find, but then again, we certainly gave them ample notice to move them to Syria.

Here's part of a story dated May 17, 2004:

"(AP) U.S. soldiers found a roadside bomb containing sarin nerve agent in Baghdad, the military said Monday. The device, which partially detonated, was apparently a leftover from Saddam Hussein's arsenals. It was unclear whether more such weapons were in the hands of insurgents."

I work in Iraq, and yes. Most of them were transported out of the country before the Military got here, but they have found some. Of course you won't hear that from the news media. You'll only hear negative stuff from the media. This is why the soldiers hate CNN and other news organizations.

They found some old shells with sarin gas residue in them. The rest were moved to Syria and Lebanon before the invasion of Iraq in 2003.

No! Just Saddam Hussein's Iraqi army killed 5,000 Kurds in a 1988 gassing! But no he couldn't POSSIBLY HAVE WMD'S!!

What a dumb question! He hid them! holy crap! This is sooo stupid! All the other answer's will be something like, "No! Bush lied!"

I don't care about Bush, but yeah Saddam has them. Who knows where. He's friend with Vladimir Putin and Jaque Shirak. (Russia & France), so who knows where they are.

iraq, and yes, but never in anywhere near the quantity to be reportable by the major news agencies (nevermind IEDs that are made from former iraqi artillery shells filled with illegal poison gas).

Not officially no. I don't believe the current administration has given up officially searching for them, but no, they have not fond any WMD's of note to-date.

Also, it's "Iraq", not "Irak".
