Brought it on himself. Disrepsect of human rights, disrepect of peaceful diplomacy, disrespect of democrats, disrespect of women, african americans, and gays, disrepect of the poor and uninsured, and disrespect of the rule of law and the constitution.

Like the others have said, he brought it upon himself...If you are a right wing Conservative, you have no complaint because he has ignored environmental laws, ignored the minority party and its legitimate input and concern (often not even speaking to them), attempted to tamper with the Constitution regarding civil rights (protection of privacy and torture of detainees...even a right wing Supreme Court admonished him)........His Administration exposing a CIA agent, the Republican association with the thief Abrahamhoff (sure there were a couple Democrats in there, but Abrahamhoff made 50 trips to the White House and there have been several Republican congressmen indicted and that under a Republican dominated assembly)....I haven't even gotten to the Iraq conflict...He says there was WMD's there and he involved us in a major conflict that will be a hornet's nest for decades because of the decision to invade and occupy the country (you will find people who insist that WMD's were found there, but all they found were some rusty shells from the Iran/Iraq war 2 decades ago)....the man lies and some corporations are getting rich, the price of oil has skyrocketed....what more do you need to decide that he has been a terrible president for the moderates and Liberal....the extreme Right likes him, but that is only a segment of America...the President is suppose to be for all Americans

I do not believe that political leaders have the ability to teach people how to treat them. They don't have the time to teach civility lessons.

Why do so many people hate Bush? Because there are a lot of people in this world who prefer to blame him for everything in the world, rather than take any personal responsibility themselves.

Bush inherited a MESS because Clinton was not a leader - he blew with the wind. Whatever was popular at any moment was the driving force behind Clinton. If anything, he taught the militant extremists that America is not serious about security.

Then Bush gets in to office and has to put his foot down. Think of it like a child who hears all day from mom "Just you wait til your father gets home". Dad is the disciplinarian - and the kids love mom but fear/hate dad.

Same thing happened with Bush, thanks to Clinton's attitude of "wait til someone with morals comes into office"

Its kinda like this. If your dad was having trouble with a neighbor because he had been getting oranges by trading dogs and those dogs now crapped in your yard and he sent your little brother over to stop the dogs and he got bit but dad kept him there because the dogs no longer craped in your yard .Meanwhile he forced your mom to work harder to pay to feed your brother at the neighbors and your other brothers had to work more around the house and sisters were told that there kids would also have to pay to support your brother over at the neighbors would you be happy with dad .
He still took you to church on Sunday visited your brother and played with the rest of the family . So what would you say if you asked him to bring your brother home and he said no and wanted to send your other brothers and maybe a sister to the nieghbor across the street to keep an eye on your brother and show you are supporting him .
Well can I bring it any closer to home then that .
By the way the new furnace that burned cleaner and polluted less was scrapped in favor of saving a few bucks which he spent drinking beer with his friends who where happy to pay because if you had to put in a cleaner burning unit the rest of them would of had to also . SO daddy still says he loves all of you but do you still believe him .

Ignorant left-wing "people" who do not realize that President Bush won both elections fair and square and
have not woke up to the fact that 9/11/01 was carried out
by AlQaida terrorists and Osama bin Laden who want to
destroy the USA, Israel and subvert the world to radical
Islamism, the same as Hitler and the Nazis who wanted to
take over the world in the '30s and '40s.

Don't be confused by Bush's low approval ratings.
If you think his is bad, you should have been around when both Carter & Clinton were presidents.
Most of the hatred of Bush is by a rabid few foreigners and welfare people, who are always full of hate toward everyone.

He takes the trophy because of his bungled attempt to mislead this country into the war in Iraq, not finding Osama Bin Ladin and not even trying realistically, for the way he dropped the ball on the Katrina disaster, for the way he preaches faith based Christian values from one side of his mourth and hate and discrimination from the other side, because of his you're with us or against us policies overseas which have isolated our country and made us even more hated than we were before, for the way he uses (abuses) the English language, for being out of touch with the will of the people, for promoting an agenda of a select few, for his patriot act which was enacted at a time of fear and stripped away many of our Constitutional rights, for not stoppping 9/11 when he had all the warnings that it would happen, for using terror as a way to keep taking away our freedoms, for promoting freedom and liberty abroad but curtailing freedom and liberty at home, for his immigration reform that has done nothing, for raising our debt so high that generations of the future will still be paying for his mistakes, etc etc etc.

Because they gave the 2nd most useless president before him so much adoration. This President asked for accountability.

The first thing that comes to mind is the 600,000+ Dead in an illegal war and occupation in Iraq brought on by him. There are many other reasons too.
