Do Hannity, Limbaugh, Coulter, O'Reilly and the like really believe what they say or are they pandering to their market?

Is this a means to increase ratings and hence their paychecks?

Do you think that if they jobs like regular Joes they would still say the same things?

will control Iraq? The Iraqi Shia will not only be killing the Iraqi Sunni Insurgents but also the foreign terrorists like Al Qaeda as well. And since the Shia are the majority democratically elected leaders of Iraq and they make up most of the Iraqi National Army/police why not let them fight to perserve their Democracy that US helped to create? And once a winner has been decided the US military so can do a little mop up & then leave knowing that the terrorists have been defeated and the Iraqi Democracy perserved. Mission (finally) Accomplished. Or can Bush not stand the fact that the Iraqi Shia will get all the credit for winning the war in Iraq & defeating the terrorists?

A lecture on morals and governance from a complete failure such as the outgoing GOP, carries the same weight as a speech on tolerance and human rights by Adolph Hitler. Nothing these backwood redneck yahoo thugs say should be dignified by any responce except, Goodbye, Nazi Party of America.

the insurgents in Baghdad? Why not just declare Marshall law in Baghdad, set a curfew, & put all US forces in Baghdad & weed out the bad guys? By taking US troops out from the Sunni triangle/W. Iraq the insurgents won't be able to fight the US in those areas anymore (it's the presence of US troops in those areas that causes all the problems). If they want to fight the US they'll have to come to Baghdad where US troops will be ready for them. All the fighting would be confined to Baghdad, most of the Baghdad population would leave temporarily, & US forces would be able to wipe out the insurgents in Baghdad and hold onto the most important piece of Iraq which is Baghdad. The Iraqi National Army would take the place of the US in all other parts of insurgent plagued Iraq outside of Baghdad where they'd use their skills as Arab Muslims to defeat the Arab Muslims insurgents. Game over, war won?

Cracking down on illegal immigrants working in the meat packing business - isn't to be looked at as a good thing. Check out this brillant quote:

"The meatpacking industry has become dependent on an unauthorized labor force, and it is not good government to destroy an entire industry. In some way, there is going to be a meeting of the minds," said Mark Reed, a former immigration regional director who now runs his own consulting business, Border Management Strategies, in Tucson, Ariz.Accompanying the wage drop was the decline of unions in the plants. In the late 1970s, about 45 percent of the meatpacking industry was unionized. By the late 1980s, that had dropped to 21 percent as more immigrants took jobs in the industry.

"If the price of meat goes up a little bit, so what? There is nothing as expensive as cheap labor because we pay for this cheap labor in other ways - higher insurance costs, higher taxes," said Mark Krikorian, exe.dir.of the Center for Immigration Studies

I have Lithuania in mind, which was the last in the list of 101 countries by PERCEIVED corruption in 2006.

Lithuania backs EU constitution (2004): http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/4002555.stm
2006 Gallup Worldwide Corruption Index: http://cf.us.biz.yahoo.com/prnews/061204/phm002.html?.v=77
Complete list was available still several days ago from www.galluppoll.com/content/?ci=25612 , but not shown now. Corruption?

May these two facts relate one which another?
In which way, if yes?
Why not, if not?
Your opinion, please.

I saw an item in a sale flyer that we want to buy for our daughter for Christmas. It is a much wanted item with a hard to pass up price. The sale started Sunday and when we went Sunday morning, there were none in stock. We were told to check during the week. I have been calling every day since then and also checking other store locations. Nothing. They will not issue a raincheck. How can a store offer a sale, not make sure the product remains reasonably available and get away with not honoring that price at all?

The US military establishment needs a mission to keep the Banking and Arms Industry thriving and viable.

9/11 made that Mission Possible. Bush created a 'False-Flag' covert operation to spook the American people... WOW the greatest con-job since Pearl Harbour.

When americans are too fat anyway, why should we worry about not having as much meat? Also now there are more jobs for American Citizens and welfare recipients. Didn't we want higher wages? Now law abiding people will get higher wages and the benefits that go with them. All these negative results are temporary and will lead to a much more positive outcome. Come on ICE! You're not moving fast enough. Come on Welfare Recipients or people on unemployment -- Run out and take those jobs quick!!!!!! Prices won't have to be higher if the companies stick to obeying the law and properly training people. Maybe these companies should be forced to hire and train people on welfare -- even job sharing if necessary and provide transportation for people who need it. Why can't we bus workers just like we bus school kids?

What are benefits? Less Identity theft. Less Welfare. Less Law Breaking. Higher Wages. Less Fat. Fewer Idle hands doing the devil's work. More jobs. Integrity.

What's so great about democracy? Hitler was democratically elected, as were the fanatics running the worst mideast states today. George W. Bush was also democratically elected. I think the real reason Bush and Cheney love democracy is because of their (probably correct) believe that money buys elections, so the wealthy can "own" democratic countries, which is the case in the USA.
