to dismiss the warrant so that he can go to boot camp & get into rehabilitation programs? Like I said, he is incarcerated, & I guess needs a legal form, a legal way to go about asking for it to be dismissed.........PLEASE ANSWER ONLY IF YOU KNOW THE ANSWER...DON'T JUST GIVE "OPINIONS" OR STUPID ANSWERS...PLEASE!!!! Appeal the case that sent him to jail citing valid grounds so that it will be dismissed. As for the case with a warrant, assail the case again citing valid reasons so that it will likewise be dismissed. All the cases must be expunged from the records. After all the cases are dismissed and expunged, he will be able to go to boot camp because there no more impediments.
