I attempted to purchase from a musician certains works that they had for sale online. And in the past when I had sent him the money I recieved the music files via email. Now this time I needed the music files faster and so I contacted them via email as I have done in the past and they informed that they accepted Western Union. I was provided with their information including address and name, I made the payment only to be able to be obtained by showing ID and knowing the password which I had provided to the person. I even made the question for the password "What is this for" and the answer corresponded with the reason for payment.

But now I have been in contact with the person and have recieved vague answers as to "when" I would get the music. This is weird because in the past I have bought numerous peices from this person with no problem.

But that leads to by question, is there anything I can do legally?

Democratic Sen. Tim Johnson's brain hemorrhage has raised a number of questions. Should he vacate the office, undoubtefly a republican will be appointed to replace him. With the rapid recovery he seems to be making, a more serious consideration is the potential for brain damage. Could he remain in office with brain damage severe enough to cause him to vote with the neocons?

If you are hurt, and have no other way of proving it, would you be able to obtain a copy of that stores video as a proof of evidence. Will you have to go through the courts, or will you be able to view it on your own without legal litagations.

The tax appraiser for my county has aerial maps attached to their website, where one can view their property as it's seen from the air. I believe they update these photos every few years, likely reviewing them to note if any new structures have been built on properties, thereby assisting them in identifying which properties need to be taxed more.

I have a large yard and I was thinking of planting bushes in a configuration that would spell obscene words that would be viewable from the air, but not the ground. Would this get me in trouble if it made it into the next set of aerial photographs?

Why is asking 'is safety is more important than freedom?' offensive to you dumb cons? Is it because you hate other people having anything other than your brainwashed, retarded, faux-news stamped opinion? Is all this hate and venom you spew from your twisted mouths real? Or is it because you hate america and yourselves? I think so.

Report me, jackoffs. it makes me laugh!

My brother is 21 and his girlfriend is 17 they live in IL. As of right now they live together with her mom and brothers. If the two of them move out could her mom charge him with statatory rape or not considering she allows them to live together. They want to move out because her mom makes her do all the cleaning and makes the both of them give her their checks on payday while she sits on does nothing (she doesn't have a job). So my question is can they move out without any legal percussions. (Age of consent in IL is 17)

who present one side of the story. Have you heard about the extensive criminal backgrounds of the thugs involved? Probably not, at least I haven't. Anyway, the simmering anger seems to want blood (not justice, blood) and the threats of riot is strong in the air as we saw in LA in '92, Detroit, Watts etc. It's always the same story really. Black neighborhoods provide the least tax revenue per 1,000 people yet utilize the BULK of the police, fire and ambulance services. Maybe the reason there are always police incidents involving blacks is because police are always interacting (mostly) with blacks. Meanwhile race baiting pimps like Sharpton and Jesse J fan the flames for their own betterment in the name of justice. The net effect is that when you weaken a police force you weaken a nation. Do you agree with this viewpoint?

He stated 'mission accomplished' when we took down Hussein. So the war is won, right? Everything else is 'nation building'? And he has stated that 'our troops should not be used for nation building'. So I don't understand a) how is this still a war, when we had clear cut objectives to get rid of Hussein, and then we got rid of him, and b) what are the new objectives?

so barrack obama is thinking about running in '08 and white people are going crazy with the sarcastic remarks on how he'll never win because he's so inexperienced(not that every white person is saying that). never mind that our present chief-of-state is a dim-wit, what would make Obama any worse. I've yet to witness him in a speech, but already I know that people don't think he'll win. Bush loves talking about how Reps welcome blacks, yet he's talking a bit too much about Obama, he's practically running a whole anti-Obama campaign, why is that? Hmmmmmmm!!!!!

At the same time there's this hubbub over the President and his administration trampling upon American's Civil Liberties and Civil Rights, Democrats are not exempt from such trampling themselves by instituting smoking bans, trans-fat bans, and now in the U.K. they're considering a government mandate that obesity help line #'s be sewn in to clothing tags for the overweight.
Such mandates undermine private property rights and civil rights and liberties. So who do you think is a bigger trampler of these rights.

A little conscious and intelligent thought on this would be well received rather than the usual knee-jerk hate spewed ranting of a lunatic.

To start, I'm a moderate not a conservative. I've posted several question regarding my concerns about the war on terrorism, which is a new struggle against fascism. The answers I get seem to only come from conservatives. Liberals avoid them altogether.
I don't accept the notion that liberals are unAmerican, cowards, or stupid. Liberals have championed great causes in America. I don't understand your reluctance to help preserve freedom and liberty.
Fascism is a real threat. Our way of life is in peril. America needs you. Why are you not on board?

Since most of our countries battles are fought far from home, it seems that most of the aircraft are launched off of navy aircraft carriers. Who flys the missions that are launched off of the carriers; the navy or the air force? If it's the air force what is the relationship between the airforce officer pilots and the crew of the ship. Also who maintains and prepares the planes for each combat mission. Do we still need an air force or can it be rolled into the navy?
