difficult to say as all applications are judged on merit and evidence.the forms are available here. http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/applying/applicationforms/ and generally you need to provide documentary evidence to support the answers you give on the form. Usually 2 pieces of evidence for each answer. The circumstances of the deportation from the USA will be a factor taken into consideration also why that was not disclosed previously.

He obviously doesn't belong in this country.
If he is not welcome it is for a reason and it is in the best interest of the British people that he is not allowed entry into our country.
I suggest that if you want to be with your husband so much pack up all of your things and go and join him in Jamacia.

Next time we hear a bleeding-heart liberal complaining about the disproportionate number of blacks in British prisons, we'll all be thinking of you.
Take your child and settle in Jamaica so you can be a complete family.

Sorry to say but I think your husband saw you coming. In Tobago they call them beach boys, Commercial Sex Workers who work the beaches looking for foreign tourists - male & female.
Its better to be in the know - take an HIV test.

You really need to see an immigration lawyer. The thing is, if your husband has been dishonest once, the British authorities are hardly going to trust him.
