I have never seen a picture of Iranian Pres.Ahmadinejad with a necktie on.You would think he could afford one.If you can find a pictuer of him with a tie on ,
could you place it on the internet?

He does not wear a tie because he doesn't have to wear one just because everyone think he should wear one.
There's no point of doing something you don't like just because other people do it!

It's part of the Shiite culture to not wear them, but I never caught the reason why.
But if you notice, none of them do.
Maybe one of their prophets was hanged at a gallows, so they're superstitious?
