That the court judges make decisions with a Bible in their hands?
I mean, separation of church and state should be abolished, right? I don't think so but in the opinion of many conservatives it appears to be that way.

Senator Webb is a decorated veteran who thinks the occupation of Iraq is WRONG and he wants the soldiers to come home:

"How's your boy?" the president asked.

Webb responded, "I'd like to get them out of Iraq."

"That's not what I asked you," Mr. Bush answered. "How's your boy?"

Said Webb —"That's between me and my boy, Mr. President."

A source told "The Hill" newspaper— that Webb said he was so angered by the exchange— he was tempted to slug the president.

Should Senator Webb use his soldier son's boots to ask Bush to walk a mile in those shoes?

From what little I've read of Karl Marx, I understand that communism was supposed to be a natural revolution of the workers and was to result in common ownership of the means of production. But the Soviet Union was a dictatorship, pure and simple. Aren't these two completely unrelated styles of government? Are there any similarities at all between "true" communism and the former Soviet government?

America is a constitutionally limited republic, restricted to the protection of individual rights. A democracy is a system of unlimited majority rule, which denies individual rights. Why is it that most of our political and cultural (media and celebrity) leaders refer to America as a democracy?

His war on terror hasn't gone anywhere lately, so Dubya has taken to kicking over bowls and entire tureens of "unpatriotic chowders, stews, and bouillions that threaten our good American families". Right now he's trudging out of a local cafeteria after dispatching some "insurgent 3-bean surprise"....uhm...okay........

I don't understand why the government has a right to tell a man or a women what to do with their body? It doesn't make sense to me..the only thing that comes to mind would be the ability for the government to regulate prostitution and accurately collect taxes. I understand alot think it is morally wrong..still what do you think?

With Senator Webb's son stationed in Iraq is it possible that Webb and President al-Maliki can more quickly find common ground and move towards resolutions?

Consider that the US President Bush has driven both the US and Iraq into the ground.

President Bush has insulted the Iraqi President in memos, according to the papers and in terms of US soldiers, he has yet to attend a funeral. Here's the exchange between Webb and Bush today:

"How's your boy?" the president asked.
Webb responded, "I'd like to get them out of Iraq."
"That's not what I asked you," Mr. Bush answered. "How's your boy?"
Said Webb —"That's between me and my boy, Mr. President."
A source told "The Hill" newspaper— that Webb said he was so angered by the exchange— he was tempted to slug the president.

Should Bush go home and leave negotiations to others?

I understand the definition of brinkmanship is 'art or practice of going to the very edge of a dangerous situation (eg war) before moving back or withdrawing' but I can't quite imagine what good that brings as opposed to, say, attacking without withdrawing or withdrawing without going to the edge. Can anybody clarify this for me?

which countries or regions have been the most prolific terrorist? Have the Muslims always been the most dangerous? There was the IRA, but weren't they more isolated to the UK, rather than worldwide such as the Muslims are doing in attempting take over the world and exterminate all non-muslims? How come liberals are screaming Genocide or is it OK for Muslims to do that while Hitler's extermination of Jews was stopped? Do Liberals hate Jews? Or is it just Christians?
