OK... so I go to a gym.. womens only workout.. Here is the problem.. another location of my gym is under investgation by the states attorney general for taking money and signing up members since last April but not opening. (I just found ALL this out last week) and I heard the location I go to is also for false advertising.. now.. today when I went there there was less than half of the cardio machines there and a huge vacant part of the gym.. now the resistence machines are there.. What would you think? Also, in the 90's the same owners were the owners of gyms that all the sudden and unexpectedly closed their doors. If that happends.. what can I do? I signed a contract.. but would I still have to pay if they closed their doors? Would there be a way to fight my contract and be reimbursed for what I did pay?

In 1994, Tupak didn't die. The government brought him back to life as the 6 million dollar gangsta. He was sent back to the 60's where he shot JFK with a magic bullet, poisoned Elvis, and taught Isaac Hayes how to make funk music in 71'. He also taught a young Osama Bin Laden the finer points of terrorism so he could work for the US in the 80's and destroy the world trade center in 30 years. His last mission was crashing the plane Lynyrd Skynyrd was on, which he did not survive.
Can you top this theory, I think I covered all my bases.

for some reason nobody dares to say that the war in Iraq is a religious war between two muslim factions. this is just like the religious wars in europe centuries ago between the catholics and protestants in which many were slaughtered and it never really ended. They call it sectarian violence and not a "civil war" but it is not a civil war between two political factions trying to take over rhe country. these factions do not fight each other as in a war. they each take turns killing the civilians of the opposite religion. the warring parties never engage in battles. Is it some kind of wierd modern political correctness to not say what it is? A religious war is nothing new. These people do not want to take over the government. They want to eliminate the other type religion but were previously prevented from doing so by the strong arm of dictator Saddan Hussein. Now they are free to fight. I say let them fight. We cannot stop them or control the outcome or protect them from each other.

I came to the US on a student visa, but dropped out of college in 1997. I never bothered going back to South Korea. I make my living doing work that pays cash "under the table." I never pay taxes either. Can I be deported back to South Korea? Nobody I know has ever been deported. Do you know any Koreans who have been deported?

I'm no military expert analyst but wouldn't common sense dictate you never announce what you plan to do? And while I'm on this rant didn't we learn anything from Vietnam? ie. don't let the politicians run the war. It seems to me the U.S. military did one hell of a job of kicking butts in the beginning of this war, why did we veer off path?

The way all the enemies out there and elsewhere are going to claim that they "won". Yeah, Im so not looking forward to those retarded flase claims. Either way, when we leave that place theylll claim victory in the narrow minded heads.

Bush is asking for NATO to use more troops in Afganistan to relieve some of the pressure on the American and British troops deployed in the region, how long will it be before he will ask them to take over the peacekeeping role in Iraq while he slips his troops out of the backdoor? Should the Americans be made to clear up the mess they have made, and not rely on the kindness of NATO?

There's a lot of debate as to whether people who oppose the war in Iraq, in fact, can truly support the troops. I believe you can but am obviously interested in other people's takes on the matter, from all sides of the political aisle.

I believe women in the United States are still living under sexism and gender gap, and our government should fight for these obstacles.

One country where they have higher ranking in gender equality than U.S., there is a powerful governmental branch called "Female Family" with its yearly revenue of 200 billion U.S dollars, and this branch creates legislations like

1. Reserving spaces for females in a particular job in addition to the affirmative action
2. Providing "Paid Vacation" not only for pregnancy but also for period

3. Preserving mother side family name for children, so these children have right to choose either father side family name or mother side one.

I believe our government should make this branch too, so we can minimize sexism and improve womens rights.

In the conservative publication "Human Events" ( see the link below ) they describe how Bush wants to expand NAFTA and form the North American Union, a political and economic union of the United States, Mexico, and Canada, effectively eliminating our borders. Why are we building a fence, at US taxpayers expense, when Bush really plans to open the border. Is this another step toward One World Government?

The following US states allow statutes to be passed by "initiative":
AZ, AR, CA, CO, ID, MO, MT, NE, ND, OK, OR, SD, UT, WA.
The following US states allow constitutional amendments to be passed by "initiative":
AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, IL, MI, MO, MT, NE, NV, ND, OH, OK, OR, SD.
I want to know the procedure - who to contact, who to pay, what amount to pay, what requirements you need etc, to get a ballot initiative going in each of these states. (May be a different answer for each; this is probably too much work for any single
answerer to answer in full, but may be easy for just one state.)
