What do you think about, say, oh I don't know, it's just an idea, but.. if a country had no currency whatsoever? And if, say, trading for goods was banned or something? So there'd be no possible way for anyone to be able to use like salt or something as currency instead of money? Do you believe it'd be possible? Just a thought.

Typically, only about two-thirds of registered US voters actually vote; and I can't help but wonder why. No voter has very far to go to vote; and it only takes a few minutes.

my boyfriend made a small mistake in a desperate situation (he took a few dollars worth of food from his previous place of employment when he couldn't afford it.) His employer specifically told him that he would not be placed on the retail theft database. My boyfriend co operated fully, and agreed to pay restitution. In addition to demanding six times the amount he agreed to pay, he later found he was on the database when he applied to another company. Yet they refuse to let him see the charges against him or even the contract he signed because it's 'confidential.'

When did lying become so popular that it is impossible to believe any thing coming out of Washington or the Media? Why has there been a decay in morality throughout the 90's, leading to a nation caught up in a web of deception, in personal lives and political lives?
