Are you looking for a particular city---or do you want a list of cities that were incorporated since 1961?
If you want a list of cities, you probably need to look at the US Census information online, or contact each the state capital individually and ask them.

They have lots o' useful information about even the most obscure cities. The format is easy to follow and usually includes the date a city was founded or incorporated.
