Wikipedia has an excellent search engine. Try that first. Your local law library should also have access to several law databases, and also books on this subject.
Yahoo! REALLY isn't a good source for this kind of thing - you have no idea if any of us have real qualifications. I could tell you I am the King of Sweden and you wouldn't know for sure if that was true!
