Powers limited??? No more like powers checked. Has nothing to do with being a "strong or weak" president. It would help if the present president had a brain though.

Of course a strong president! why having a weak one? A weak president follows the direction the present situation while the strong one withstands the forces of the present, and also think about the future.

One or the other would be better than the politically strong and mentally weak one we have had for 6 years.

I think the strong president. Because if you have a strong president your country will be powerful and will be more developed! ^_^

Looking at Congress, why would any sane person want them to have more power?

The lesser evil is to have a strong president.

Actually, I´m not even american, but by looking at your question one may wonder about the nature of political strenght. What is strenght? I think there´s a great possibility that concept has been taken in absolute terms, like hitler did once. I tell you this, that which you refer to by "strengh" surely is not strenght, that is vilany and despotism. Strenght only becomes strenght, when power is used after reason, otherwise it becomes only a large omount of turd.

We need a president that will LISTEN to what the people say is stern but has enough sense to KNOW AND ACCEPT the consequences of his/her actions and isn`t afraid to ask for opinions and other peoples points of views !!
