Here in Ohio you have 30 days from the time the Court file-stamps your sentencing Judgment Entry. So if you had your sentencing on for example November 1st but the Judgment Entry was not stamped until November 7th, you would have until December 7th to file an appeal to the Court of Appeals. I would call the Court you were sentenced in and request a file-stamped copy to see when it was filed. Good Luck!

Depends where you live. Here in Ontario, Canada it is 30 days.

i think it's 6 months, not sure, ask at your local police station, they would know for sure
